Construction manager with Chinese language skills

Responsibilities:

• Construction site work organization (with weekly stay on-site)
• Construction of production halls and logistics warehouses (built from prefabricated elements), managing of the implementation of the associated office parts
• Organizing, managing and controlling of the work of own staff and subcontractors
• Conducting of the general construction to the technical handover with divisions
• Strict adherence to cost and time schedule with staff and subcontractors
• Updating of the project management system and administration (construction schedule)
• Communication with the customer's on-site representative

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge in Chinese
• Conversational Hungarian language knowledge
• Architectural technician/ architectural engineer or civil engineer degree
• Willingness to travel
• Category B driving licence and driving experience
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Process approach, agility
